What is DotOneNet?
A VPN service built on the Xray core (with VLESS, VMess, Trojan, and Shadowsocks protocols) that lets you reach the open internet without restrictions.
Which devices are supported?
iOS (FairVPN, Streisand), Android (v2rayNG, Hiddify), Windows (Hiddify, v2rayN), macOS (Hiddify), and Linux. Routers are also supported via the subscription URL.
Do you keep logs?
No. We only track per-user traffic usage for billing — no destination or activity history is stored.
How can I pay?
Crypto payments (USDT, BTC, TRX, …) through OxaPay are currently supported. More payment options will be added.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if the service does not work for you, request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and the amount will be returned to your wallet.
What is different about a reseller account?
With a reseller account you get a dedicated panel to create customer accounts, manage data and expiry, and earn revenue.
What is the Reality protocol?
An advanced VLESS-TLS mode that mimics a real site (e.g. cloudflare.com) so it is undetectable by deep-packet inspection — and remains very fast.
How do the configurations update?
Your client app pulls the current configs from the Subscription URL each time it refreshes. Just add the sub URL to your app and enable Auto Update.
What if a server goes down?
Your client app automatically switches to the next available server. If the subscription itself looks broken, use the "Refresh link" option in your panel.
